This home features 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, with 1 of each on the main floor and 1 of each upstairs - great for larger groups or 2 families looking to travel together. You'll love sitting on the wrap around deck and taking in the Lake Michigan breeze.
Walk to Lake Michigan and enjoy the beach or take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. Charter a fishing trip and catch the big one! This is a great location for all your vacationing activities.

Quick walk to the beach, Quick drive to the state park.
It was as I expected, from the pictures. The place was clean and everything worked.
The tv programming took a little bit to figure out. A half sheet of basic notes would have helped. Not a big deal.

With a bunkbed room for the kids, a large area to enjoy company and an upstairs living quarters its great for multiple families. Close to beach, downtown and marina.

The house was nice, clean, and the location was superb.
The owners could do a better job of supplying basic items that you would normally find in other rentals for this price range. For example only one extra garbage bag, two filters for the coffee machine, one roll of paper towel.
The house fit our family of 13 very well!

Great location!
We had a great week at Mitten Flats! We loved that it was pet friendly, had a great little yard, loved the deck and porch swing. You can’t beat the location - stones throw to the beach and town. Would definitely book again.
