I had an amazing stay at the hotel, thanks to the delicious food and excellent room service. Sandeep's culinary skills and presentation were outstanding and surpassed those of other top hotels I've stayed at in Ludhiana. In fact, his food was so good that I decided to extend my stay for another night. I also want to commend Vijay, Narinjan, and Sukhwinder for their highly professional and competent service in catering to all my room requirements and for going above and beyond their duty!

Nothing special in Park Plaza. Rooms are way old and tiny compare to other near by Hotels. Food is way expensive. I would never recommend Park Plaza to anyone. It might be good for meetings downstairs but nothing special if you are staying eith them.

Bad service and dated facilities
I used to stay at the park plaza a few years ago on regularly on many visits. Then stopped staying there due to lousy service. Then someone said they have improved when they stayed there in April, so i thought i would give it a try instead of the Hyatt. Totally regret it as the service has not improved at all. First, we turn up to our room and there was twin beds instead of a king size bed. Secondly I had to chase up towels as there was only for enough single occupancy. 3rdly had to order flip flops, again only one pair was in the room. 4. Came in late on Saturday night from a wedding ceremony. Ordered some water, coffee and toilet paper!! No one turned up. 5. Sometimes there was no shower gel left or body cream regardless of used with empties still in the room. Lighting in the room did not work adequately. The hotel is a lot more convenient for my stay which I visit 3 to 4 times a year But I really can't see myself staying there in future 😕

Stayed for one night for business trip, Although cleanliness was ok the hotel seems very dated, booked room with club lounge facility included which found to have next to no facility as would normally be expected, snacks where at a minimum and more surprisingly drinks limited to two per visitor this is the first time ever experienced this so in my experience the lounge facility was very disappointing

Where to start the shower area was choked , the tea kettle not working , dated room , gym was dated as well , hotel worth 2-3k per night not more than that , surprisingly the food was good .. will never stay here , staff disinterested in working
