Loved the location. The breakfast was ample and the head chef was the best personality 😃 could have done with a shower cap. Plastic/paper cups in the room was different. Staff at reception very helpful.

This hotel worked for us in that it was roughly halfway on our journey to the south of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in. The hotel itself is quite tired and needs some modernisation. Restaurant was not open the evening we were there but the Local town of Avallon had plenty ...
