Small cottage at 1000 metres altitude in the charming rural village of Luc (48250), 12 km from Langogne. Our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The cookware is complete; you'll find everything you need, just like at home: toaster, kettle, Senseo and traditional coffee makers, and blender. A fireplace with an insert in the living room allows you to read by the fire or enjoy a friendly aperitif. The dining room, which seats 8, opens onto the kitchen. The bathroom includes a double vanity unit, a walk-in shower, and a washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) on the ground floor and a bedroom sleeping 4 on the mezzanine. An additional single bed (90cm) will be available. A garden (200m²), terrace, barbecue, and bread oven will allow you to pleasantly enjoy sunny days. A large terrace accessible from the kitchen and opening onto the garden, equipped with a barbecue, bread oven, and garden table with chairs, will allow you to pleasantly enjoy sunny days! Sun loungers will be available in the garden, and a large cellar for storing your bicycles, stroller, etc. Originally, this family home was the first holiday home in the village, built in 1932. We fell in love with this charming cottage in the heart of the Margeride region. Luc is a beautiful village located between La Bastide Puy Laurent and Langogne Naussac, where you will find all the necessary shops. Luc is home to a renowned cheese shop stocked with regional products. The mobile baker visits daily.
