Ferienhaus Lubmin (Seebad)
The holiday home is located on the owner's residential property in the garden, approx. 250 m from the beach. It has a small living area in the entrance area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed and upholstered couch), a kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with shower/WC and central heating. The ceiling height varies between 2.10 m and 2.20 m in the individual rooms. There is a cot, a furnished terrace, sun loungers, a barbecue, a children's playground and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
