Close to downtown with friendly staff

The location is great for exploring the historical downtown of Lübeck. Our room was clean, but we had to walk through an internal hallway that reminded us of saunas. The bathroom needed more attention- toilet and mold around the fan. The supposedly available parking was a small area that cost an additional 16€/day, if you could find an open space. If you had to leave there was no guarantee that you would have a spot on your return. On a positive note, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great but there was a confusion about free parking. The listing had a free parking but the staff wasn’t aware. Make sure to take a screenshot. We chose the place because of the parking but ended up living everything including the location.

An sich ein charmantes Hotel, wären da nicht die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt trüben. Zum Beispiel gibt es keine Reinigung der Zimmer, bei kurzen Aufenthalten der Zustand des Bades sehr negativ, Dichtungen stark genutzt waren und das Wasser überall hin gespritzt hat. Und so weiter

Dejligt centralt beliggende hotel, med super lækker morgenmad. Det ville være godt hvis dør til bruseniche var hængslet i siden mod væg, da man så nemt kan nå håndklædet på tørren. Hyggelig og komfortabel foyer, hvor vi hyggede med kortspil.
