The highlight of the houses is the large bathroom, which has a sauna. It is accessible from both bedrooms. Modernisierung, kleine Reparaturen
Die Inneneinrichtung könnte etwas modernisiert werden, das Laminat vor den Fenstern ist ziemlich ausgeblichen.
Der Mitnehmer des Mülleimers ist in diesem Haus defekt. Es wäre schön, wenn das repariert würde.
Sonst ist die Ausstattung des Hauses super und wir kommen immer gern wieder.
Tip: Toll wäre ein Sessel zusätzlich zum Sofa.

Wochenende an der Ostsee
Das Inserat beschreibt das Ferienhaus ziemlich treffend, jedoch hatten wir kein WLAN und auch keinen Grill. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Mixer und Co. Es gibt ein kleines Küchenpaket im Ferienhaus u.a. mit einer Spülbürste, einer Probe Spülmittel, Schwamm und Tüchern.
Das Inventar weist teilw. deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf wie z.B. eine kaputte Duschtür. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Toilettenrand befanden sich noch Urinflecken der Vormieter und der Boden im Haus war noch sandig und es gab vereinzelte Haare. Unschön. Zudem sollte man wissen, dass das Haus extrem hellhörig ist und aufgrund der Leichtbauweise bei sommerlichen Temperaturen gefühlt schnell zum Backofen wird (wir hatten an diesem Wochenende Außentemperaturen von über 30°C). Da nur an einem Fenster ein Fliegengitter vorhanden ist, kann man abends nur lüften, wenn man Mücken mag. Tagsüber heizte sich das Haus unangenehm auf trotz geschlossener Vorhänge. Geräusche beim Toilettengang kann man am besten mit dem vorhandenen Radio im WoZi übertönen, ansonsten wird es unter Umständen komisch.
Die Lage des Hauses ist jedoch sehr gut. Man ist überall schnell zu Fuß und das Meer in direkter Nähe (ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß). Den Hafenbetrieb kann man akustisch auf der Terrasse am Haus hören, wir fanden es schön.

Wir kommen gern wieder
Uns erwartete ein sauberes Haus, freistehend mit kleinem Garten auf eigenem Grundstück.
Leider ist das Platzangebot in diesem 6 Personen Bungalow nur ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind sehr weich.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Idealer Ort für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Die Wege zum Strand sind sehr kurz. Auch in Travemünde ist man schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Die Menschen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kommt schnell ins Gespräch.
Schön wäre, bei der Buchung direkt eine Wochenkarte für die Fähre mitbuchen zu können. Kann einzeln teuer werden. Die Baustellen haben uns nicht gestört. Wenn das Bauprojekt Waterfront fertig ist, bekommt man auch kulinarische Auswahl auf dem Priwall und eine schöne Promenade. https://www.priwall-waterfront.de/
