Our home is close to Higginbotham Park where you can take a walk or run, take kids to the play ground, play pickle ball, and fish! We’re 1.5 miles from Texas Tech & Lubbock Christian U. Easy access to Loop 289. Grocery stores, library, Keva Juice, restaurants, Alamo Draft House, shopping, and much more are all nearby. We are pet friendly, and include a Weber grill for backyard BBQs. Don’t miss this beautiful home and great location! This 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have a phenomenal night's sleep. We also have a pull-out couch and futon in the living room. The property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. In addition, there is a large living room with an extra twin bed rollaway in the Master, that can be rolled into any room for added comfort. Enjoy family time, open kitchen, dining, living area. Large backyard for kids, games, pets. One car garage. Basketball goal on driveway. Easy drive to the famous Buddy Holly Theater & Loop 289. Feel safe walking the neighborhood or getting out and enjoying Lubbock. This home is spacious and open, lots of light. Kitchen is fully equipped. All linens supplied. Coded door locks. Sumptuous beds, huge living room and grest dog yard

This well appointed home is comfortable for our family and dogs. Gre a t bedding and thick towels. We loved it.
