My family of four people and two small dogs stayed for five nights and had a wonderful experience! The house is cozy and comfortable; we felt right at home. There’s a beautiful view of the sunset from the backyard patio! Great location, close to everything we needed to see but still a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Larry was a great host! He replied quickly and was helpful with any questions. We highly recommend his place & would stay here again!

The property was clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. This property will be at the top of our list the next time we need a place in Lubbock.

Property is clean and comfortable, about 20 minutes from the airport and Jones Stadium, only complaint is the hot water ran out very quickly, we where a party of three and had to stratagize on taking showers so we all had hot water, I would stay again if needed a place though, all in all it’s as advertised and fine, thanks for being great hosts!

My husband fell and broke his hip in January. We live in about an hour away in a tiny home. After 11 days in the hospital and 3 weeks in skilled nursing, he needs to stay in Lubbock for physical therapy. We were very fortunate to have found this house! The host was very understanding of our situation, and we were able to stay for 3 weeks at a great extended stay price. This is a brand new home that is very spacious which works great for someone on a walker or in a wheelchair. It has a walk-in shower which is very hard to find. Everything in the home is brand new, and the house is very clean. We loved the beds. The host was very responsive to our needs and encouraged us to contact him should there be any problems. This home is at the top of our list for Lubbock!

Great host!! Very quick responses to all my questions. Very accommodating. The home was clean and smelled nice. The furniture is comfy and clean. The big tub in the master bath was enjoyable. My dog loved the backyard. Also, the variety of appliances provided in the kitchen was another nice perk that you don’t find often. We hardly saw or heard any neighbors. No barking dogs or loud noises. We felt safe. I walked my dog around the neighborhood every day we were there without incident. I can tell you from experience that not every neighborhood in Lubbock feels safe to walk your dog. Thanks again!!
