Room was Not clean. Bathroom toilet was yucky. Didn’t appear that sheets had been changed. Coffee Maker in room was filthy. Wall next to bed looked as if someone had opened a can of pop and sprayed it all over the wall. Monroe the night attendant was extremely kind and tried to did something that wasn’t his fault. Checking out in the morning the woman at the front desk was NOT friendly. However, there was a young man who tried to cover for the rude gal’s behavior working the desk, by jumping in to help. I gave it a 3 star because Monroe was a shining light in our stay.

The bed had bugs and bug detritus at the head of the bed. The desk fellow had me email him photos, and offered a refund, and let me leave, saying the manager would see it all the next day and arrange the refund. I haven't heard anything yet. The desk fellow, Malone, was great and understanding. I'm glad I could leave and find somewhere else to stay. Please make sure I get that refund, ok? Thanks.
