The master bedroom suite has a private entrance and commands prime position in our expansive 500 sqm home and elevated 1.5 acre property on one of Queenstown's most exclusive streets.

You'll love our super-king bed and large steam shower. With a 42" TV, Nespresso coffee pod, kettle, fridge and indoor/outdoor seating, you'll enjoy the privacy and views regardless of the weather.

While rural and secluded, we are close to everything and offer the best location in the area. We’re right on the Queenstown Trail network, 10 minutes from the airport and all the shops in Frankton. 20 minutes to both Queenstown and Arrowtown and we’re within 30 minutes of two ski resorts, 6 gorgeous golf courses, and 8 wineries.

We're fully fenced and gated, and you'll enjoy stunning, uninterrupted river and mountain views....and the cycling/hiking trails are accessible right on our doorstep.

Our spacious, comfortable, well-appointed bedroom and gorgeous surroundings have been enjoyed by dozens of couples for honeymoons, proposals, engagements, wedding accommodations, and elopements. With great natural light and tons of indoor/outdoor space for the entire wedding entourage, including hair, makeup, photographers, planners, etc., we're happy to assist with surprise proposals, organise food, and more. (Fees may apply) We even have a garment steamer for wedding dresses and suits!

Behind our fully fenced and gated driveway, you'll have a private, secure entrance to your bedroom suite via our lockable floor to ceiling, triple width sliding glass door.

The bedroom has a very large, fully tiled ensuite bathroom with steam shower, toilet, two sinks, heated towel rails and heated floor.

There's a large walk-in wardrobe for all your luggage, and our prime position and superb build quality ensure that you are warm and cosy all year round.

You'll enjoy two chairs and a table inside, and another two chairs and a table outside, so plenty of seating options to enjoy morning coffees, afternoon snacks, or evening cocktails.

Please note: There is NO access to the other areas of the home and there are no cooking facilities (other than a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee/tea). NO meals are provided. All local food delivery services are available.
