Request for specific kind of room was accommodated. Room clean and comfortable. Some of the electric plugs didn’t work, or items weren’t plugged in. There is some maintenance that needs to be done. It is the nicest hotel in the area and very busy.

Very nice hotel, very nice and friendly. The only issue I have is they are not really set up for people with disabilities. Beds are high, no button that opens the door when you come into the hotel, which makes it very hard on a person sitting in a wheelchair to enter. They would not be able to enjoy the breakfast they offer unless the hotel staff did it for them, because the counters are to high.

When we walk in the bathroom at dirt on the floors, there marks on the toilet seat the towel smell like they haven’t been completely washed. The pillowcases had dirt on them just a dirty rundown place things were falling off the ceiling in the showerhead was coming out of the wall one out of 10 I do not recommend.

The breakfast is always fresh and plentiful. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I usually get the King suite with the Jacuzzi and I am satisfied 90% of the time once in a while the Jacuzzi itself will not be entirely clean but 80% will do. The rest of the room is always immaculate and clean up to par with hotel standards. Once again, everything else is very appropriate and well maintained. Luverne is a quiet little town great place to flea market, antique and chicken shack and the barbecue place are worth mentioning.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Really the only problem i had was maneuvering the luggage cart. I don't know why hotels all have the same carts that are so hard to steer and get through doors.

The room was just OK. The TV did not have HD channels. We watched a football game and the quality of the reception was poor. It was hard to tell 9's from 3's. There was no guide either on paper or electronically to tell what channels were available. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

The room was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had I had the time to do remote work the space and WiFi would have worked for me. I didn’t eat breakfast as I’m vegan. I slept late and didn’t even see it.

Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but it was a great stop on the way to the beach. The guy at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating for an 11 PM. Unplanned stop. I’d read the reviews which was encouraging and found them to be accurate. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean and safe and the beds were comfortable and it was a fantastic price for a quick sleep.
