Very easy to arrive and "check in". Well situated and ok rooms. No service on-site, but that we knew in advance. Will use again when in Loviisa.

Clean, comfortable and handy for local exploration

Clean and comfortable but pretty basic. Access with access code, no reception but there is a bar/restaurant downstairs. Location very central in Loviisa.

the place has no house keeping. Maybe after you leave they clean your room. This is more a hostel than a hotel. Many people never got the email with code so they showed up and could not get in. We called and called the number provided and finally got hold of someone to get the needed codes. Bath room and hardware sure needs a looking at. I will not come back to same or any other "place to sleep"
