No working air conditioning. Couldn’t open the window. My room was 26 degrees. When I raked it as an issue to receptionist. Suddenly he can’t speak English. Even though his English was fine on check in.

Awful hotel , should not be listed on hotels.com The aircon doesn’t work if it’s over 20 degrees outside you cannot sleep! Do not stay here!!

Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast.

The employees were very nice and very helpful. The air-conditioning in the rooms did not have any cold air, only air blowing. We would have propped our door open, except that there were people smoking outside the door. There was also a shortage of towels. We had no hand towels or washcloths, so the four of us had to manage with four very thin towels and a tiny bath mat. We may have been able to get additional towels but we did not ask. The location was nice.

The room was extremely small for 4 people. We were 4 adults. The shower was very slippery and I was worried about my mom since she is almost 80 years old. There were no handles inside the shower. Breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs had a weird taste and the options were limited to bread and cereal.

RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE MALE STAFF MEMBER.

Overall experience id say was not ideal. I arrived and i coudnt access my hotel room due to not recieving my access code. I spent 30 min waiting outside the reception doors trying to connect with someone that works at the hotel. During my stay the cleaning staff were lovley but were not aloud to chamge my bedding or replace towels until after every 3rd day. When i left i checked out and waited for my uber to pick me up, to which a male staff (old age, wears glasses, has white/grey hair) at the reception yelled at me from trying to use the toilets in the reception. He was very rude and aggressive.

Arriving at 2 in the morning didn’t help, having been delayed at the Channel Tunnel for 8 hours, but the check in process is complicated for the uninitiated. Once completed, the next problem was getting the baggage to the first floor without any lifts, being disabled. The night guard was not only unhelpful, but rude. The room itself was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was fine. Now I know what to expect, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel manager on the last day of my stay was harassed me on check-out day because he thought I would not be out of the room before 12 noon. He refused to try to work with me because this was my first stay in France and I do not speak French. Extremely poor attitude. At one point he called me "stupid". On the last day he and the cleaning lady was extremely rude. I would NEVER recommend this particular B&B. Your other locations might have better service, but I will not risk it. Never again do I plan to book a room with B&B Hotels!

Versailles area

Great value for access to Versailles and into Paris from Louvecienne train to Gare Lezare. Basic euro decor but great mattresses and bedding. Quiet safe area. Good breakfast available at good value.Three good restaurants within walking distance.
