Malheureusement 3 de mes motivations de location, qui mâont fait choisir ce lieu plutĂŽt quâun autre, ont Ă©tĂ© dĂ©fectueuses ou absente durant le sĂ©jour :
- chambre avec chacune leur salle de bain : 2 chambres nâont pas eu dâeau chaude et ce soucis nâa pas peu ĂȘtre rĂ©solu durant le sĂ©jour
- Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e : lâabsence de gaz et de bouteilles de gaz de remplacement ont rendu la cuisine inutilisable (le jour de noĂ«l). Le soucis a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu le lendemain
- Jacuzzi : le jacuzzi annoncĂ© comme opĂ©rationnel et confirmĂ© les semaines prĂ©cĂ©dents, ne lâĂ©tait pas (pas en Ă©tat de marche : eau sale, pas de charbon. Pas de rĂ©solution du soucis, que je nâai pas signalĂ©.
Je salue nĂ©anmoins la rĂ©activitĂ© et la gentillesse de lâĂ©quipe de conciergerie (Sandrine,âŠ) qui a cherchĂ© le maximum de solutions, en plein NoĂ«l
Par ailleurs, la maison est trĂšs belle et accueillante, bon standing.
