Lovely staff and very helpful. The location is very quiet and is at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast is good and lots of variety. It’s only 10mins walk to Lourdes Sanctuary. It’s a lovely walk to the sanctuary by the river. I would recommend this hotel.

The area though about 14 minute slow walk to the Basilica of Lourdes is good for the price of the hotel. The things I didn’t like: the bathroom is not ideal for elderly guests because the partition in the shower is not fixed. You really have to be careful as not to slip and accidentally hold on to the partition. It could break. There are fruit flies landing on the croissants at breakfast. Dinner was good. Buffet but only served pork as the main dish. Vegans or veterarians have options.

Lovely hotel in great location.

Very good hotel in quieter part of town. Centrally located with only short walk to main sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was a bonus.

Hotel refuses to acknowledge request for cancellation and refund despite enough notice prior to date of reservation. Due to contracting the Covid-19 and my father’s passing from the same virus, my family couldn’t make the trip and yet I keep getting the same excuse that the manager is not around despite several attempts to contact. How can anyone be this cruel?
