On nous a attribué une chambre tres petite avec un ventilateur et 40 degrés dehors!! Impossible pour nous tellement on avait chaud , nous avons demandé à changer de changer l hôtesse nous en a donné une autre vu parking mais nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit des clim de l hotel d a côté nous sommes tres déçu pour le prix et ne reviendrons pas. Cette hotel qui vient d être rénové n a pas de clim et une grande partie des chambres est exposé sud..

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Damen am Empfang sind sehr freundlich, helfen viel, beantworten jede Frage mit viel Geduld und Freundlichkeit. Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum oder in der Basilique

Hotel muy bien situado cerca del Santuario de Lourdes. El baño es antiguo aunque funciona bien. Como sugerencia para mejorar propongo incluir el idioma español en los planos de evacuación de las habitaciones.
