The space was perfect for our family but several frustrating things with this property. Very little information given on check-in - the book that should have had useful information about bin recycling and local supermarkets and restaurants was totally empty! Outdoor BBQ area in garden with BBQ coal but absolutely no BBQ tools. No proper oven gloves for use in kitchen or BBQ. Two tea towels for the kitchen when there are 10 people staying in the house is not enough. Wardrobes were very musty - almost as if the house wasn't usually used. On the fifth day one of the ensuite bathrooms developed a problem where when the toilet was flushed the contents came back up into the shower tray. This issue wasn't dealt with for over 24 hours and then we couldn't use the bathroom as the plumber sorted the issue but the sewage wasn't cleaned. Not a satisfactory reaction to a serious issue.
