Situated in a private gated part of Vale do Lobo, Villa Flores is finished to a very high standard throughout with the latest technology including air-conditioning, electric shutters, eco-friendly pool heating (additional charges apply) and premium UK TV.

In addition to the south facing pool area there is a rooftop solarium with heated jacuzzi & panoramic sea views, a large terrace off the master bedroom and a terrace off the kitchen which is set up for dining, with fabulous gas BBQ & dining table for 8 -10.

Vale do Lobo is a 5* Resort with 2 golf courses, tennis & padel centre , pool, gym, spa, beach, bars and restaurants, mini golf etc. As members of the Resort, guests can purchase resort Welcome Cards for access to the circuit bus and discounts on Well pool at the Praca (further details can provided on request).

Wonderful villa that exceeded expectations. Villa was beautiful. Decorated to high standard. Beds were very comfy with good pillows. Plenty of towels and also beach towels left out which was so handy. Check in was easy. We arrived early and host allowed us to leave baggage in while the house was being cleaned which was so accomodating. Kate gave us lots of info about the area and the facilities. There is a luggage storage area at main reception if required which was greatly appreciated on our last day. Pool area was amazing. Comfy beds and chairs. Hot tub on the roof was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return!

Excellent property - great to have four bathrooms - family and friends able to have own space inside and out (three different outside terrace spaces) nice size pool and hot tub - lovely location but get shuttle passes for getting to/from beach/restaurants - excellent communication from villa owner

We were actually lucky to get the villa as our original cancelled due to selling the property, it was a tues to tues which are hard to come by. The location was a bit far out, it involved a lot of taxis as we normally stay nearer the beach. We had issues with the AC & the washing machine but the host dealt with them as best she could. Pool had a few loose tiles which didn’t look nice but didn’t affect safety. The pavements in VDL are not pram friendly & the walk to the beach had areas with no pavements at all so quite dangerous.

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location

The villa fulfilled every need, plenty of room for 2 families with 4 children between us. Rooms were a great size and we really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom.The kitchen was very well -equipped and though we ate out a lot, we could easily have cooked every meal in the villa.The pool was small but great for a quick dip to cool off in the heat.The villa manager was a great help in the build up and during our stay, very responsive to messages and very keen to make sure our stay was positive.We had a minor issue when one of the shower hoses broke - we reported it and had someone visit to carry out the repair in less than an hour!We will absolutely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Villa. The villa is super clean and modern, with everything within a 3 minute drive away. Pool was heated for us and the hot tub an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Amazing BBQ which heated up quickly. Absolutely perfect week away!

A fabulous stay with a great host

We recently stayed at this stunning villa in Val de lobo and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the fact the villa is centrally located in the golf course which was stunning. The exterior of the villa is sleek and modern, perfectly complementing its luxurious amenities. Inside, the villa is spacious, airy, and impeccably decorated. Each room had a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The living areas are comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The villa is also exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, from modern appliances to an array of cookware and utensils. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which was perfect for al fresco meals. The bedrooms were another highlight, each one offering cool bedding and ample storage space. The bathrooms were equally good with plenty of towels and a hair dryer and space, they do get a little smelly on warm days but this seems to be the norm abroad. One of our favorite features was the private pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the warm Portuguese sun. There were enough sun loungers and parasols for shade, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We also want to thank our host, Kate, who was incredibly informative and helpful. She quickly responded quickly to an issue we had.caused ourselves.

Perfect house in great location in Vale do Lobo

My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x

Lovely villa!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa, set in a quiet location but close to a supermarket, the beach and restaurants. Great that there are so many places to sit out on the different terraces. The pool was a great size for us with a toddler and the huge parasols were ideal! The host couldn’t have been more helpful and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

A great villa, the property was as described and the photos provide a good overview.

The villa was ideal for our group of 4 couples, plenty of space for everyone. Great indoor and outdoor dinning space along with separate areas for taking in the sun. An nice quiet location, easy access to all the facilities on Vale Do Lobo as well a good base to explore the wider area.
