Situated in the famous Old Village resort (https://www.oldvillagealgarve.com/) with its beautifully manicured gardens, this townhouse occupies a prime site in the complex. French windows open onto a terrace which leads down a few steps to the main pool. The house has been recently renovated and has three air conditioned twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite, and a downstairs toilet. The open plan living area benefits from satellite television and wifi access. There is also a roof terrace with magnificent views over Vilamoura and Pinhal golf course to the sea. The Old Village is perfectly situated for access to the Vilamoura marina and golf courses, is a few minutes drive from the magnificent blue flag beaches and 15 minutes walk from the marina. There is a shuttle bus service for airport transfers, golf transfers and to the marina and nearby attractions. The resort contains three swimming pools, several restaurants and bars, a bakery and a small supermarket.

This property was perfect for us had everything we needed We seen the only review just before our visit and it had a few negative points can’t see how they could not get on to the terrace as its patio door that open easy enough The garden leads to the pool and it was open during our stay All the beds were very comfortable Have stayed in to old village 6 times now and this has been the best overall The agent for this property where very helpful Have gave five star rating based on price and our requirements will definitely look at availability for our next stay

Our golden wedding holiday!
Arrived just as on site shop was closing, would have been good if a small amount of milk had been left at the house so we could have a cup of tea as it was 7.30 pm and the walk to find a shop was too far . Next day we found out the pool and terrace in the townhouse were closed, the lady on reception did open the terrace up for us . The downstairs was freezing at nighttime as only one small heater was available also the beds were uncomfortable and towels were poor quality. We travel a lot and have not stayed where there has been no washing up liquid or at least tea , coffee and milk left. We booked the townhouse because of the proximity to the pool and was not told it would be closed throughout our stay .
