The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as fridge, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, microwave and much more, allowing delicious family meals.
The outdoor spaces are truly impressive, with a spacious garden, garden furniture, barbecue, and a fenced plot of 48,292 m². Enjoy leisure moments in the private swimming pool or relax on the veranda with stunning views of the garden.
Strategically located, the villa is a short distance from various amenities: Gaivota beach 4 km away, Vale do Lobo golf course 6 km away, Lidl supermarket 2 km away and just 18 km from Faro Airport. Activities such as Zoomarine and Aquashow are nearby, ensuring fun for all ages.
