It has a swimming pool and green spaces in the condominium for easy access, parking for cars right in front of the condominium and parking for bicycles inside the building. It is a quiet place and at the same time is close to the center of Vila Moura, about 20 minutes walk to the beach. The pool has two, one for adults and one for children in which the depth is about 60 cm, with the adults' pool reaching 2.30 meters deep.
