This charming 3-bedroom town house sits right on PAR 15 of Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course, with a private pool and compact outdoor area overlooking the fairway and the sea. Picture yourself walking down to Vale do Lobo Beach for a swim or a meal at the beachfront restaurants, then returning for sunset drinks by the pool while kids play, or you fire up the BBQ. With a nearby mini-shopping area offering a beach club, bar with mini-golf and kids’ activities, it is ideal for families of 6, golfers, or guests seeking relaxation with everything close at hand.
Step inside to a bright living and dining area divided into two welcoming spaces: a cosy lounge with a 3-seater sofa, a built‑in 3‑seater concrete sofa by the fireplace and TV near the patio doors, and a dining zone with a table for six. The compact open‑plan kitchen is fully equipped for easy home cooking, and just outside it there is a small pantry with the washing machine. A convenient guest WC sits off the entrance hall close to the kitchen and living room.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, both with twin beds pushed together to form doubles and each with a bathroom just next door. One bedroom faces the front of the house, with its adjacent bathroom featuring a shower. The second bedroom looks out over the golf course and the sea, has independent access to the pool terrace, and uses a nearby bathroom with a bathtub.
