Disappointing

The apartment is tired and needs refreshing. The plant on the terrace needs pruning and the gardens look generally uncared for. New beds are needed - the double bed was broken - new mattresses and mattress covers and pillows and proper quality bedding are required. The pool was not cleaned or checked once while we were there and I know there were a number of small children staying at the complex. Most mornings we were there, a dog was on the complex and was incessantly barking. The website states there is a BBQ. There is no BBQ. We had a number of conversations with Patricia who was very quick to respond, but was unable to fix things. We left after 7 nights (not 10) and booked into a hotel with proper beds. Patricia tried to get us some compensation but to no avail. We have stayed at this apartment before and in May advised her of the bed problem, but the owner clearly just did a botch job on it. Very disappointed with the owners response.

Lovely, spacious apartment.

A very comfortable and well appointed apartment. The terrace is large and leads onto the communal garden and pool, which was lovely. We only had two issues, the first was that the washing machine doesn’t work properly, it’s not taking a full amount of water in, even on a “half load”, and it doesn’t spin well. We should have contacted the owner, but we just hung the washing out to drip. The second issue was that being there for a fortnight, we assumed someone would come to change to bed linen after the first week, but no one did. We were going to change it ourselves, but the spare linen in the wardrobe was only for a single bed.

The location of the property was ideal 10 mins walk to the marina. Equipment in the kitchen, in particular, were the best ever. Just about every kitchen utensil possible, also little things like cling film, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, salt and pepper. The grounds were beautifully kept and the swimming pool was lovely. Lovely large patio and airy rooms. Just superb. Will definitely return. Thank you Patricia.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It’s just short walk to the marina with a variety of restaurants. The apartment itself is lovely. Everything was clean and welcoming. It really felt like a home from home. The large veranda looks out onto a grassed area around a pool, there was plenty of room to sunbathe and eat outside. It was ideal for a relaxing break.. When dealing with Hope (the manager) nothing was too much trouble, she was fab. All in all we will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Apartamento a precisar de melhorias

Apartamento com áreas aceitáveis e bem localizado. Quanto á estadia, deparamos que a limpeza do apartamento não tido sido feita em condições ( se é que houve limpeza) e a gestora de imediato procedeu a uma limpeza geral ao apartamento, os eletrodomésticos não funcionavam, nomeadamente a maquina de lavar loiça e a maquina de lavar roupa, então gestora teve o cuidado de providenciar roupa de cama e tolhas. O autoclismo fazia barulho na descarga da agua e mais uma vez a gestora resolveu este problema. Os colchoes das camas bastantes desconfortáveis. No meio de tudo isto, a Patrícia (gestora) teve sempre disponível para a resolução do tudo.

Ótima escolha!

Apartamento muito bem situado e com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia: 2 quartos, 2 casas de banho, cozinha equipada com tudo, terraço fantástico com acesso direto à piscina e enorme relvado partilhado por 3 blocos de apartamentos. A Patrícia foi uma excelente anfitriã e esteve sempre disponível. 5 estrelas também para ela. Apesar de o apartamento não ter ar condicionado nunca sentimos a sua falta porque o apartamento não está exposto a sol direto (R/C).
