Great place, completely dead part of downtown

Great place to stay. Place looks and feels brand new. The kitchenette was well-stocked with paper necessary supplies. The surrounding area is an extremely dead part of downtown with massive oversized roads and parking everywhere, but you're a short walk or scooter ride away from more active parts of downtown.

Room was very warm, even after changing the thermostat. Gnats were flying around the room each day. Poor patching on ceiling, really need some updating of paint and shower area. Beds very uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned after first night, no-one told us it gets done every other day. This should have been told to us at check-in.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean fit our needs. Only negative was the noise from other rooms. First night there were dogs yelping and barking well into the evening. I loved being greeted by an amazingly fresh smell as soon as I entered the property. The gentleman at check in was very nice and accomodating and our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast offered was tasty. My only suggestion would be to have the chef cook the bacon more (no one likes half cooked or rubbery bacon). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone - really enjoyed my stay!

Overall, the stay was good, convenient location, nice clean rooms, and Helpful staff. Only downside was they charge almost $20 bucks a day to park.

Front desk was very friendly and informative. Housekeeping did a great job! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great variety of choices for complimentary breakfast. Hot choices too. The room was very pleasant and kitchenette was well stocked. Enjoyed having a bar in the lobby area to lounge and relax in the evenings plus ample comfortable seating outside on the patio with an awesome fire pit. Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.
