Absolutely wonderful place! The owner Ron made checking in an absolute breeze, and was there to greet my wife and I at the door. The Mansion is an absolute beauty inside, very well kept, and just reeks of pre Civil War beauty, that one would expect. We were treated to a sit down Breakfast, (don't even think normal hotel stuff) this was made to order, by the innkeeper, who was an absolutely wonderful lady and hostess. This will now be my permanent go-to stay, while in the Louisville area!

Breakfast was fantastic and the Innkeeper was not only helpful, but went beyond and suggested several places that we would be interested in seeing, They also gave us a coupon for a local restaurant for an appetizer which turned out to be great food and atmosphere. The inn was so beautiful, every room had a sense of luxury but not over done. My favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the birds bathe in the three tier water fountain out front.

Back in time visit! So happy to know there is still a diamond . Beauuuutiful mansion! For those of us who miss the good old days of smelling breakfast aroma floating up a grand staircase as you descend to join other guest to exchange travel stories. I have to travel to New Albany multiple times a year for business and family and this was one of the best stays I have ever had in Louisville Metro area! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was majestic and had such a welcoming feel. I will stay no other place when I come back.

The house(mansion) was incredibly beautiful. If you reserve the Pepin Room, the bathroom is detached. It is in the first floor and the guest rooms are all on the second floor. We ended our stay with an amazing breakfast and great fellowship with other guests.
