Tempo double-charged me, and when I brought up the issue, they claimed to have no record of it. The front desk staff were unprofessional and repeatedly processed incorrect charges.

Brand, new hotel in great neighborhood. It is a sleek, modern well-appointed hotel. The rooftop restaurant and bar had nice selections. Food was very good. Although we had to pay for parking, the garage was attached and had in/out privileges. Would definitely stay here again.

Best sleep in a hotel room!!

The bed was sooo comfortable! Only (very minor) complaint was there was not a coffee maker in the room. If not putting coffee maker in the room would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Property was great. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the shower. It was very spacious, which is usually nice, but the water pressure was so weak that it barely got warm and didn’t fill the entire shower with hot air, so I was freezing the entire time I showered. Other than that, very very nice hotel. I will be back!
