I did not stay because the room was no where near the quality represented in the photos. The exterior was dingy, overgrown with weeds and run down. Windows boarded up with plywood. And my room was the same. Dingy, dark, and the bed was horribly worn out. Could feel the springs when I laid down on it. The lobby also smelled like smoke when I arrived

Horrible place. Do not stay here!

The only thing worse than the hotel itself was the rudeness of the employees. I think this is a hotel they use for welfare people. There were people walking around in pajamas and slippers, people milling around outside and in the lobby, the elevators didn't work. It was just all around horrible. We would have left but it was really late and we were exhausted. Good thing we were only staying 1 night.

This property would have got a negative review if possible. Weird activity outside all night. A woman in a uhaul with a bed inside doing who knows what in the parking lot. Only stayed because I had worked all day, was traveling and was late. The inside wasn’t much better. The breakfast was an open gallon jug of milk, a few pieces of bread and powdered doughnuts. The floor in the bathroom was soft like it would fall through. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I called to let them know we’d be arriving late. We got there at 11:30 pm. We went to our room and the AC had not been on (it was 89 that day) and the hot water in the shower was on and wouldn’t turn off. The room was burning up and super humid. Instead of giving us another room immediately, they made us sit in the hot room and watch the maintenance man attempt to fix the shower. After 15 minutes, I just asked for another room. They sent us to a room that was dirty (bed unmade and towels all over the place). We asked for another room. That room was okay but the floors were cracked in the bathroom and everything seemed moist/damp. It was after midnight at that point so we just made do. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was surprised by the niceness of the Room. Clean quiet restful night. I had one problem to no avail. My Smart T.V. wasn’t so smart as I along with two employees David & Kai spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot. I was in Room 103. I was offered to switch Rooms for which I declined because I was exhausted and already comfortably situated in the Room.

Terrible, not worth saving money

The room was not clean when we arrives, the towels were dirty and there were not enough - the extra ones we received were also dirty. The whole place stunk of cigarettes and some unknown musty odor. A man was lying in the parking lot taking his pants off one night. Another night the elevator got stuck on the first floor and the front desk did not answer our calls, and the emergency phone did not connect to the fire department (it rang twice then went silent).

The staff was friendly, but they are understaffed. Our room was incredibly dirty. We went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves because we really had nowhere else to go. There was used soap in the tub and drinks left in the refrigerator which makes me question whether the sheets were even changed or if they just made the bed. We had only one towel and it was wet. The toilet seat was literally cracked in half and we got only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Usually pretty happy with Super 8. This was not the best one I’ve ever been to.

The room was nice but smelled of mold. There were no ice machines in the buoy, only a cooler with 2 bags of ice in it. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the smoking area. Not a very good experience!!! Won’t be back

Awful hotel. Do not stay here. Bathroom was dirty. Staff didn’t care when I told them the comforters had cigarette burns in them. Continental breakfast was a joke and the room was dirty and food was all over the counter. One morning, they didn’t have coffee cups but there were lids for whatever reason. Next morning, no cups or lids. The interior of the motel looks like someone DIY’d all over that dump. Doesn’t feel safe to stay there. Louisville residents said it has a reputation for drugs and sex trafficking. Only reason I had to stay there was lack of availability at other places due to a music festival in town.
