Large beautiful home perfect for large groups and small. Located in charming downtown New Albany where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. A ten minute drive will get you into downtown Louisville, just over the Ohio river, and a !5 minute drive will get you to Churchill Downs. Our home has plenty of space to spread out a relax, a fully stocked kitchen, fenced in back yard with patio and a grill, and a covered front porch with a swing. Lounge in the library, the parlor, or the family room - lots of places to spread out and relax!
