The carpet in the rooms are dirty..bathroom smelled like sewer, The front desk people are ok but not the friendliest, the shuttle driver was great. Probably won't come back unless they upgrade the rooms and service.

Property is in a great location. Main areas such as lobby and restaurant are well maintained and seem updated. Only complaint about this hotel is the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The beds are VERY comfortable which is one of the reasons we stay here, but the rooms need new carpet and tile in the bathrooms. This stay, there was a big stain in the corner of my room. Staff is friendly!!

Fitness center needs updating. Front desk staff not very engaging. Asked for suggestions of interesting places to go to lunch. No suggestions. One young man actually laughed and said Arby’s . Tracy in the bar and the other lady working with her Wednesday night were great!!!! So engaging and welcoming. Great service!
