The room was cold , couldn’t get the heat to go up. Finally moved us to another room, that room had heat. Ask at front desk if we could have 2 wash clothes was told they didn’t have extra . Only get 2 per room we had stayed 2 nights . Room had ants in bathroom floor , I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Shady Staff Employees!!!!!
I was double charged for my reservation and the staff member at the hotel added $40 to my price with no explanation and it didnt show it on the reciept when i checked out, adding to my already increasing suspicion of the staff member taking my money for himself, he denied everything when i took my concern to his manager on shift. However, once i was done explaining to the manager what i now to have happened, even having the reciept as proof, they told me to take my concerns to Hotels.com, since i used them to make my reservation. This is completely unexceptable and i WILL BE receiving a full refund for my stay as well as reimbursement for the double charge and the unexplained, missing $40. Otherwise i will take the matter to corporate

Pool was closed ( whole reason we went ) the water to the shower was cold . Called and they said well it’s suppose to be warm . It wasn’t even shaving your legs warm . Also the paint was chipping off to the tub in the shower , people kept shaking all the door handles .

I had rented a room at another property, but their office closed at 7:00 pm. So i had to find another place to stay. I chose this place. It was closer to my destination, cheap, and looked decent. Parts of the building that i stayed in, (I wing) could use a little fixing around the outside. The room itself was decent, it was quiet. I had no real issues. If you eat breakfast at hotels, they do not have free breakfast. I didnt eat there, but they do offer breakfast, for a fee. Probably at the attached restaurant at a discounted price. If im back in this area again, it is a place i would stay at again.
