Stroll half a mile to the local grocery and deli or relax at the nearby city park with gazebo, playground, and picnic tables. Explore the river by foot or bike, or head 3.8 miles to Duffy's Landing to launch your boat or jet ski for a day on the water. Spring St and downtown Jeffersonville is 7 miles west. This garage conversion is a cozy, stylish getaway in a beautiful setting. The space has a rustic-meets-modern vibe with exposed joists, painted block walls, and polished concrete floors. The open-concept first floor combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The efficiency kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, Emeril toaster oven, microwave, and a two-burner induction cooktop, plus all the essentials: blender, Keurig, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. **Wi-fi internet, electricity, water/sewer & trash collection included. The spacious bathroom features a step-in shower, plenty of storage, and comes stocked with towels and mats. The bathroom has a door leading to the backyard. Tucked under the stairs is a fold-out twin bed with full bedding for an extra guest. Upstairs, the large bedroom has a queen bed, work desk, LVP flooring, ceiling fan, and lots of natural light. There is space for yoga or stretching and even river views from the front window. You'll find all linens and bedding provided, plus a TV with sound bar, desk chair, and great lighting.
