The Space:
Welcome to our brand new, stylish, and modern Urban getaway. With 1900 sq-ft of living space, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay.
Our immaculate outdoor entertainment space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or bourbon tasting. You can cook up a delicious meal on the grill, gather around the fire pit, enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining area, or play fetch with the dog in our fenced-in backyard.
Inside, our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The dry bar is the perfect spot for mixing up cocktails or pouring yourself a glass of your favorite bourbon from the nearby urban bourbon trail.
When it's time to wind down for the night, each of our bedrooms is equipped with big screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. We have games, a switch console, and books for both kids and adults to enjoy. And if you need to get some work done, our 3rd story office space provides a quiet and inspiring space with a twin bed and stunning city skyline views.

Plenty of street parking in front of the home. I typically can find a couple of parking spots directly in front of the house but you may have to drive every now and then to find open spots. The opposite side of Jefferson Street (one-way street in front of the house) typically has tons of open spots.

This house fit our needs perfectly. We wanted a house that had enough room for our family to visit. The rooms are generous in size and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is in an up and coming area, but the neighbors were friendly and it's a short drive to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Derby Weekend
Real nicely renovated house in a part of town where gentrification is obviously taking place. New bars and restaurants are close by and one could probably walk to. I stayed with guys so we had no problem. I would probably not want my wife on a girls trip and stay in this area. The house has great amenities and well furnished - just needs a couple years for the neighbors to catch up with the high bar that is being set. Property Ownere/Mgr is great. I’d go back with my same crew of guys!
