My husband and I stayed at the aloft for a concert at the kfc yum center! It was absolutely perfect! 2 minute walk and for local places it was a quick Lyft ride if we didn’t want to walk. Parking was smooth and simply and right across the street and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet!

The staff was amazing and the proximity to the KFC YUM Center was nice. The room was a little strange. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, which is problematic with more than one guest. The lights were odd. The bathroom light also illuminated the vanity area which was half the room.

The lobby looked nice, but there were open cardboard boxes stacked in the lobby area. Some of the chairs near the Refuel snack area had filthy upholstery. The room had a cracked pane of glass between the shower and bed area. Couldnt get cold water out of the sink tap. Room would have been better with a small microwave. Maybe get some duvet covers instead of wrapping a flat sheet on top of it. Pillows were comfy. Shower was roomy. AC was nice and cold.

Good whiskey row hotel

Great spot on whiskey row, close to a lot and parking nearby. Lobby was cool with games, pool table, and a nice bar area. Breakfast was a la carte but had good options and they had lots of food choices to prepare in your room if you want.

Worst stay

I did think they would charge 106.0p dollars for two days parking i paid online for my room and had to pay another 100..00 for deposit. It was my boyfriend's birthday getaway and i was very disappointed the burger and fries combo wasn't good we asked for towels the next day came and hour and thirty minutes later no offer for clean room i will not be going back
