Everything was fantastic! Well worth it! The only comment I have is to ensure if you plan on going to Louisville everyday, you will have to pay tolls on th way in and out of the city. Or take a sizable detour to avoid the toll.

Good sized rooms and lots of items in the kitchen available for use. It even had dryer sheets and laundry soap. However, there was a full open trash can on the curb that smelled, the WiFi didn't work and then when it did it was extremely slow. There was not adequate silverware with only 3 spoons and forks and some cookware was dirty in the cupboards. It also might be helpful to have a bath mat as the wet floor was quite slippery. The silverware and WiFi issue was reported and not addressed by the owner. It was an okay stay, but the place can be improved with a bit of cleaning and adequate supplies for the amount of guests.

Nice place for a family to stay.
Check in was easy, property was as seen in listing and very clean. Host communicated well and had the house stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be staying there again, on our next trip to Louisville.

Rooms for sleeping after exploring Louisville. Not within walking distance of anything, but everything was within a 10 minute drive. We were supplied with less than half a roll of toilet paper and zero paper towels but it wasn’t the end of the world. Beds were comfy and the house was clean!

We booked this house for family members coming in for a wedding in Louisville. It was a convenient location to be near Louisville but more affordable prices. Jeffersonville had all we needed for any shopping.

This was a beautiful house on the inside, but it is in an interesting area. Only three houses on the block, the one next door appeared as if they were setting it up for another vacation rental home, the other house appears to be a family house but the yard was very over grown so hard to see, across from the three houses is a brick, industrial building, so just a very odd place to have 3 random houses. The inside of those house was great but could definitely use a real deep cleaning, things like the shower door, corners of the bathroom, the couch, dusting etc. There is no where in the bedrooms to set your items. There are just shelves that already have things on them. We were only there for a few days so we made it work, but definitely could be frustrating if you are staying longer. Also no washcloths, just towels, and the hot and cold water in the shower are backwards.We got in super late the first night and one of us ended up taking a cold shower, I was going to reach out to the property manager before we figured out the dial was opposite. Overall it seems like they put work into updating the house but went the cheapest way possible when it came to furnishings or anything else. Again we made this all work, we were there for a quick trip and out of the house most of the time visiting family.

We had 6, 4 kids and 2 adults. This was the perfect place for us. The home is very nice and conveniently located to Jeffersonville and Louisville. We had everything we needed. The home was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet. Only One house on the other side. Very private there is a shopping center directly across the lot with a couple places to eat. The host was a great communicator and easy to get in touch with.
