- Maplecrest A is a two-floor home with nearly 3,000 sqft of living space. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home. All bedrooms are located upstairs while the dining and living areas are on the main floor.

- Maplecrest B is a 1BR apartment with >900 sqft. There are two queen beds in the bedroom. You must be able to climb steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.

This is a wonderful property if you are looking to host a crowd! We were in town for a UT game, and the location was great - 15 minutes from campus and close to some restaurants and a Wal Mart. The home was pet friendly and had SO much space! All appliances worked great in the kitchen, and the bed were comfortable. Brenden was an attentive and helpful host.

Spacious, Clean, and Well-Equipped Home!

This was a great property for our group! The host was so kind. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms, so no one ever struggled to get ready. There was plenty of room to hang out, and the kitchen was amazingly well-stocked!! We had plenty of towels, paper towels, soap, etc. I highly recommend this place!

Family reunion

Knoxville was central to our scattered family. This house was big enough, and as a bonus, part of the house was a bit isolated for those that wanted some quiet time! Near to parks and hiking trails ... we enjoyed our stay here.

Brenden’s home was clean and tidy upon arrival, Brenden made sure our stay was a 5 star experience. Brenden was very responsase to our needs and made sure we where taken care of. The place is very quiet and not far from downtown Knoxville. I would recommend staying at Brenden’s house, it’ll be a home away from home.
