Room was dirty!!! Heat was not working properly and HUGE draft coming from the window that was by the bed. When called down to the front desk the girl was extremely rude!!!! We travel A LOT and we’ll NEVER stay at a Hyatt ever again

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Unfortunately the headboard was directly against the wall with the elevator on the other side of it. So, didn’t get much rest. Pillows were too soft for my taste. At breakfast’s end time, there were two homeless people loading up cups and plates full of food.

room was clean but had a bad draft so room didn't stay very warm. water pressure was bad and bathroom door wouldn't shut. breakfast was not good. staff was nice, quick check in and out.
