Acctually nothing wrong but not up to what I expect from a 4 star hotell. Everything is a bit dated, sloppy services, glasses and cups was not changed the first morning. Breakfest not made from start, reheated scrambled eggs, avocado toast that was made with guacamole not fresh avocado. A sticky note in coffee milk. Poor lightning in the toilet made almost impossible to shave. No saftybox..... I could go on regatding the non-exciting SPA but I will stop.

The property was beautifully decorated. Staff were all mostly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot. Room was a family room very spacious, net curtains could do with being replaced. Quite ripped and worn Other than that room was very comfortable. Would nt hesitate to go back to this hotel again. Not really far from Galway.

A wonderful hotel experience

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and it was a great choice. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was excellent, as was the food. The breakfast was simply the tastiest hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. Overall, a great stay.
