Pire expérience en 15 ans...

Vraiment très déçu de mes vacances aux jardins de Balnéa... je ne sais même pas par où commencer... - alors que le site mentionne des appartements calmes et que les apparts directs sur l'espace vert public est indiqué, nous nous retrouvons de l'autre côté de la route, au dessus d'un commerce et de deux restaurants qui sont approvisionnés tous les matins par des camions frigorifiques bruyants pendant des heures...quand on vient pour des vacances reposantes ça commence bien... - à l'entrée dans l'appartement, seconde douche froide...le balcon est ultra sale (fientes de pigeon, poussière ++), il y a des poils et/ou cheveux dans les 2 wc/ salles de bain et sur les lits, une bonne couche de poussière sur le banc du salon et sur les tables de chevet notamment, les oreillers et couettes supplémentaires sont posés à même le sol dans un placard... en temps de covid une telle négligence sur le ménage est inacceptable ! On nous a bien proposé un passage de ménage le lendemain, mais avec un enfant de 18 mois je ne voulais pas attendre donc nous l'avons refait de fond en compte... - il est indiqué qu'il y a une laverie sur place, or quand nous demandons où elle se situe, on nous renvoie au fond du village dans une arrière cour du carrefour...la grosse blague ! Et 8€ pour faire une machine... - il est indiqué qu'on peut prendre un petit déjeuner sur place mais en fait c'est dans un restaurant du village qui est à 50m de la résidence donc ne comptez pas y aller en pyjama ou décontracté... - personnel à la limite de l'agréable lorsque nous avons eu le malheur de demander où se situait la laverie, et de nous prêter un grille-pain... - par contre la personne à la réception le samedi était très compréhensive et parfaitement aimable - ce n'est pas un critère principal mais la télé est d'une taille ridicule et pas de bol mais la tnt fonctionnait une fois sur deux... Bref...Pire expérience vécue...On a eu l'impression d'être dans un appartement où tout est fait au rabais...même pas un transat sur le balcon, une essoreuse cassée, des poêles ou casseroles dont il a fallu dévisser les queues... Fuyez !
