Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Sheets and towels were not provided, and that was not communicated to us ahead of time. We had to rent sheets for 25 euros per bed, and they did not properly fit the beds or pillows. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. There was an empty soap dispenser in the kitchen that was filthy, old dirty sponges in the sink, no kitchen towels, some leftover paper towels that were torn in half, hair in the bathroom, a dirty mop left in the bathroom, the access panel to the bath had fallen open and was filthy inside. Some lamps were missing light bulbs. Very disappointing to travel that far and have that experience.
