Beautiful house enjoying a panorama of the bay of Perros Guirec.
This house is in full works (soil, painting, and sanitary) the photos presented are no longer relevant. we will update them in April. Obviously this work will allow you to benefit from new appliances, new bedding, .....

Exterior photos are compliant. You can fully enjoy the sea view, thanks to the large windows.
Its double exposure (north / south) will allow you to benefit from very wide sunshine. South side you can enjoy the sea view while being sheltered and you can protect yourself from the sun with an electric blind. North side, you will also find a large garden, and you can admire the changing landscape with the tides.
Description:
In the rez of putting on you will arrive by a big entrance, on the right you will find a first toilet and, a lava hand. On the left you are in the large living room with its big screen (bay window!) and for those who do not, you can fall back on the TV screen. the hall and the living room are separated by a very large wood stove.
The solid wood table will welcome no problem the 10 guests.
The dining kitchen completes this ground floor, it is fully equipped and for the blue cords, you can practice your talents on our piano!
You also have at your disposal a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer

On the floor, there is 2 Bedroom and a parental suite, and a bathroom.

You are located 2 minutes from the port of Perros Guirec, 2 minutes from the village of Louannec

Wunderbares Ferienhaus zum Abschalten vom Alltag

Wunderbar gelegenes (traumhafter Meerblick), sehr geräumiges (es ist viel größer als die Fotos vermuten lassen!) und umfangreich ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Gute Sauberkeit (sämtliches Besteck und Geschirr - das ist nicht in allen Ferienhäusern der Fall), reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Gastgeber als auch dem Verwalter.

Amazing house with wonderful sea view

This is a beautiful, well- equipped and spacious house with a gorgeous view of the sea and the town of Perros-Guirec. We found the half hour walk down country lanes into the town very easy, even with a pushchair. The town has several bars and restaurants, along with a couple of boulangeries and a small shop for the essentials. There are a few supermarkets within easy reach by car. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The welcome pack full of Breton specialities was very much appreciated! We would definitely recommend this house for a lovely family holiday.

Magnifique villa en face de la mer

C'est une villa exceptionnelle avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Perros, l'île Tomé et sur le large. Son emplacement est tout à fait unique. L'intérieur offre de très larges volumes tout en restant très chaleureux. La suite parentale est luxueuse et la literie haut de gamme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la construction, de l'ameublement et des équipements. Un grand remerciement à Guy pour son chaleureux accueil. Rien n'a manqué et notre séjour n'aurait pu mieux se passer.

Magnifique maison avec jardin et vue splendide sur la mer et le port de Perros. La maison est parfaitement équipée ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Literie très confortable. L’accueil par le voisin a été parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Wonderful

A perfect place to be. Everyone was kind, well organized and very helping. Catherine (landlady) and Guy (perfect helping hand, concierge, gardener…) made it very easy to contact them, which was helpful at any time. The house is very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The Internet worked very well and everything was of high quality. The view, well, have a look at the photos - can it be any better? Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Traumhafter Blick

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne. Ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde, vor allem für alle, die gerne in den Süden wollen, es aber nicht zu heiß mögen. Während der Hitzewelle dieses Jahr in Deutschland, haben wir hier Sonnenschein und eine stets frische Brise vom Meer aus, den Hang hinauf, genossen. Das Haus ist unglaublich geräumig, unsere Kinder fanden, sie wohnten in einer Villa. Die Panoramafenster ermöglichen dabei immer einen freien Blick auf die Bucht und den Horizont, auch von der Terasse auf der Vorderseite des Hauses aus. Die große Rasenfläche hinter dem Haus eignet sich bestens als Spielwiese für die Kinder. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass man auch 9 Personen gut versorgen kann. Eine Vielzahl traumhafter Strände und Buchten sind im Umkreis von 15 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Vue splendide

La description de la maison est fidèle à l'annonce. Très confortable et bien équipée. Les baies vitrées offrent une belle vue sur la baie de perros Guirec mais aussi sur le jardin bien entretenu et fleuri. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Vacances avec vue sur la mer !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison, très confortable, spacieuse et bénéficiant d'une superbe vue dont on ne se lasse pas ! Les couleurs de la mer varient en fonction du temps qu'il fait et c'est vraiment magnifique. Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Les visites sur la côte de granit rose, Ploumanach, trégastel, Perros-Guirec...sont proches. La seule petite remarque "négative" concerne l'absence de commerces à proximité (à pied).

La vue, la vue, la vue ! Époustouflante !!

La vue, la vue, la vue ! Époustouflante ! Si ce n'était que ça... Mais la maison est tellement agréable et bien équipée qu'on peut y rester des mois ! Qu on souhaite y rester des mois ! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons à coup sûr la prochaine fois ! Cette maison a été superbement conçue autour de cette vue. D immenses baies vitrés vous permettent de rester contemplatifs pendant des heures à regarder la baie, les marées, la mer ou les oiseaux ! Le salon a une baie vitrée vers la mer et une autre vers le jardin. Ces deux baies se font face, laissent entrer la lumière et vous donnent l impression de vivre dedans/dehors. Et on y dort très bien, très calme.
