Apartment Island 2, Spain

Apartment Insel 2 is a simple but bright and modern city apartment located in the 4th district. Floor of an apartment building in the pedestrian area of Los Llanos. 3 floor to ceiling windows / doors in the living area and 2 in the bedroom and a building gap across from the house provide plenty of light and a wider view than other houses in the city. The doors can of course be opened, but there is no balcony in front of it.

The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2019 and has been rented since then. 55sqm living space offer enough space for two. There is a fairly large living space with a combined dining area and well equipped kitchen. The sofa has a sleep function, so that sometimes 3 people can holiday here. The swiveling flat screen TV on the wall offers not only Spanish TV but also all German channels and international radio programs.

A small hallway leads to the bathroom and bedroom. This is equipped with a bed with very good mattress of dimensions 1,50x2,00m. An open wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps as well as two stools and a gentleman complete the pleasant room. The windows are as well as the living room with roller blinds darkened. Opposite is the freshly designed bathroom with large walk-in rain shower, vanity unit, mirror and storage areas and a toilet.

If you are two couples, you can Apt. Island on the third floor and apt. Island 2 in the 4th. Rent a floor. So you are local together and yet everyone with their own apartment.

It is ideal for vacationers looking for a central base on the island and access to the city life of Palma. A rental car is not essential here, because the central bus station of Los Llanos is just 10 minutes walk away. Buses run every half hour to the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos. By car it is just 15 minutes to Tazacorte and a good 20 minutes to Puerto Naos.

Bikers will find in the basement of the house a lockable bicycle storage and not far from a good tour operator. Even for winterers, the well-equipped apartment is an interesting option.

There is no private parking. On arrival you would have to search for a free parking lot in the blue short-term parking zone or drive into the underground car park of the Trocadero shopping center (just over half an hour is free) which is enough to bring the suitcases to the Apt.) Free large parking is available a few minutes' walk away.
