This is a small but lovely apartment that is to the side of the main residence. The residential home and the apartment share a front garden entrance but the apartment itself is very private with its own front entrance, a discrete seating area overlooking the front garden and private use of a rooftop terrace. The development is primarily residential and is very quiet and beautifully kept, with a large communal pool. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen (including a high speed blender and plastic food storage boxes - always handy) and lots of nice touches that you often don't get in rental properties (toilet roll, hand soap, laundry pods etc). Similarly, the bed and sofa are high quality and extremely comfortable. If you want to get out and about in Playa Blanca, I'd recommend having a car. There's lots of parking and it's only about 5 mins to drive into town. But equally, it's only a kilometre or so down to the promenade if you want to walk by the sea and there is a supermarket and some restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, I heartily recommend this apartment. I was looking for somewhere peaceful to stay on my own to unwind, read and enjoy some walking and sea swimming, and it was perfect for this. The host is very kind and friendly and although I didn't have any problems, I'm confident they would have sorted any issues quickly. I'd definitely go back!

Buena ubicación y fácil aparcamiento.

El llegar hay que entrar por la entrada Aliseos 3 y luego buscar el número 6. Por lo demás muy bien la casa.
