Expected more from a Hilton Hotel

Male clerk that checked us in was super nice and professional! Loved him! Wish I got his name! If I could I’d give him 10’stars! Other than that, this being a Hilton hotel, I expected a whole lot more. Shower pressure was very weak. The hot water from the shower was horrible. The continental breakfast had maybe 3 options to choose from. The “bagel bar” was a bust. Both toasters weren’t working. When another customer asked the worker who was working there for assistance with the toasters, the worker was very rude and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to help us at all. I ended up taking the bagel back to the room and heating it up in the microwave.

In transition

This hotel was in transition to "Spark" when we stayed there. We had stayed several times in the past, but this time we were disappointed with the breakfast which was practically nothing (coffee, yogurt, muffins). I hope that will improve in the future.

The hotel is in the middle of converting to a Spark Hilton property and are upgrading everything. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable I've slept on in ages! The breakfast is nice and FINALLY, when completed, they will have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. If you ever stay there, check out Taste of India across the freeway that has some of the best Indian food!

Great Staff, No Coffee

Staff is great, and I appreciate that they are remodeling the entire place but not having coffee in the morning is a deal breaker. No coffee in the room and no coffee in the breakfast room area. Apparently they didn’t have water in the kitchen so no coffee. How about a couple of Kueregs and some bottled water?

The property was doing some outside landscaping so it was a little messy but otherwise the room had just been remodeled and a great king size bed.
