Very cool decor and vibe with valet and in and out parking (although expensive). Decent location but closest grab and go food option was 7-11 and no room refrigerator. Great rooftop views of city and Hollywood sign, bar option, and breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for our Anniversary getaway, which when I reached out to see if there was additional things we could add they did upgrade us to a bigger room which was very nice. I chose it cause it was was close to the venue we were going to that night. The area is not the greatest in Hollywood if you dont know what you are getting into by it is not horrible. The hotel itself was great, Herbert who helped us check in was absolutely amazing. However, the rest of the staff interactions were lacking. It seems like they did not want to be working there or care what was happening. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would definitely want to and will stay here again.

Hotel is fine - not the best but for the price - fine. Gym is a joke - outside next to bar. barely any equipment. The staff was rude and not at all friendly and not even apologetic. I had to go back downstairs and up twice to the lobby because the key didn't work. To do this at 10pm is inconvenient and just lame - not even a sorry. Then they charge you an additional $40 for some service hotel hidden charge at check out so don't think you are getting away with a deal because they will charge you another $38 plus tax on that for parking. So whatever you got as deal - ADD $80 to your bill per day!!! Yeah, will not be coming back to this hotel. Unfortunately, since I have to come every night saturday to LA for work. Horrible customer service. Oh, amenities in the room is very bare. Coffee machine doesn't even work - had to move it to another outlet. There is nails sticking out so becareful. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. So hence three star

Valet was great, the surrounding parts of the hotel was nice - but when it came to the rooms it was very disappointing. Mainly it needing major renovations. The floors are destroyed. New hotel, but already feels cheap and unready.

I booked through Hotels.com, but when I arrived the hotel couldn’t find my reservation and tried charging me more until I showed proof. Parking was $38 for “valet,” yet when I checked out there was no valet and I had to wander around an unfinished lot to find my car myself. The room was bare and disappointing—no fridge, no trash cans, no safe, no iron, only three pillows, and just sheets on the bed. For a hotel that’s only a few months old, it already feels poorly run and cheaply put together. The bar was the only redeeming feature, but overall this place is not worth the hassle or the price.
