I stayed from October 25th to 28th, 2025. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking — $55 per night is too expensive, especially since there aren't many other options nearby. I was also told the parking fee would come out of my $300 deposit, but it was charged separately at check-out. Hopefully, my deposit refund will be processed soon, as they said it takes 3-5 days.

Right next to the Clippers arena? Beautiful. The bar was great and has a rooftop part. The actual hotel was under construction the whole time which that happens but the pool was awkward and I didn’t want to go because everyone can see you from their rooms. The room itself they said they “upgraded me” but it was an extremely basic room. Lots of dust on the bathroom fan and a weird shower with no door (just an open thing where water gets out into the bathroom). The bed was quite uncomfortable and my back hurts a little now but I’ll survive. Not the worst, not the best.

I have stay here numerous times and enjoyed it. staff is friendly and place is clean. this particular time. my room was on the bottom floor near the lobby, the late night staff was so talking so loud giggling, having a great time but I can hear everything and didn't not get an sleep. they were so loud from 10pm all they way to 4am in the morning. I will not come here again

Property was great. Rooms were a bit small but they were modern and in good condition. Took starts off for condition of the property but that will improve. (The property was under renovations so what was open was limited). Over all I'd recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

I was never offered breakfast while checking in. I wish I had known there was. Hot tub was great! It was a big enough to fit many people and loved that there was enought towels for everyone. I love how the staff, especially the hispanic cleaning ladies were wonderful! We couldn't find staff, and they showed us and helped us out. For that I definitely will be booking again. I felt extremely safe there even though I stayed by myself.

Hotel room was extremely noisy. You can hear everyone’s conversations, door slamming, nose blowing, you name it. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was not turned off for almost an hour. We did not get any sleep. Luckily we were just there for a concert at the Intuit Dome, which is conveniently next door.

The mom is a beautiful place to stay and it’s very convenient for her going to a concert or a game. The only downfall is it’s $61 for parking. They tell you it’s 55 and then they charge you six dollars more for tax when you get your Receipt of the charge later on an email

Paying for parking was a rip off! The bed was too low. The bathroom door was private. People can see inside when you're on the toilet. New couples beware for that. It was to have restaurant close by. We didn't eat the breakfast.
