Staff was great and super helpful. The only negative is that the music in the lobby is loud so if you are in a room near it you can hear it and they can't turn it off. If they would turn the music off at night, it would have been a perfect stay.

We attended the Clippers game at the Intuit Dome and the hotel was just steps away from the entrance. There is a bar and grill on-site. The only downside is the mandatory valet parking. Overall, it was a great spot for the one night in town.

Property was alright, Seems like it’s trying to be a luxury hotel without the luxury part. The 1st room was dirty, hand prints all over the walls. Sheets were stained with what looked like blood. Fire/ smoke detector was covered with a trash bag. We swapped to a different room and it was decent, the balcony door barely opened. Don’t get me started on the scam “Valet” parking, they’ll make you pay $55 a night just to park your vehicle 10ft away in front of the building. Overall I’d give this hotel a 4/10
