Staff were welcoming, convenient stay for SoFi stadium concert and walkable distance to target, old navy and many good food spots like Panda express, Wing stop, and Crumbl cookie. We travelled from Australia for a 4 night stay, and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a good hotel for short trips. Thank you The Lum hotel staff for an amazing stay!

Customers service was terrible. Front desk had attitudes like no other. Parking was also terrible. Our tv in our room didn’t work called the front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do and that we can talk to the manager in the morning. I would never stay there again.

Upon arrival and trying to check in, I was told there was no reservation under my name. Come to find out, they had already “checked me in”, however, they had checked in someone else under my reservation. There were people I the room that I had been assigned to and therefore they had to find a different available room for me. I had booked a King with Balcony and ended up with a full size bed instead.

We really enjoyed so much about our stay, we went to see a concert and it was with in walking distance of the venue, so close to the airport too but in our rooms we wouldn’t hear anything. So it was quiet for the most part we could hear people in the hallways but it wasn’t to bad. The pool was really nice and staff was so kind and always so helpful.

Close to Sofi Stadium and lots of eating options. If you’re attending events at SoFi or Intuit Dome this is the hotel to stay at. Highly recommended. Only issue I had was My sister left her brand new shoes (used on Sunday for the first time) but left it in room. Called hotel about the shoes left behind, was told we will call you or text you when they check with housekeeping supervisor. It’s one week no response at all.

The property is going through a renovation. Gym was closed . Area of the hotel was closed . Lots of construction going on . Nice part its in walking distances to everything. The restaurant in the hotel is nice . Rooftop deck was beautiful even with the craziness of the city and the plane flying by over head . Staff were very nice.

Hotel is perfect if you’re going to an event near by. It’s about a 15min walk to Sofi. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants near. I disliked that the rooms didn’t have microwaves and could have used a second trash can. There was only one trash can in our room next to the toilet. Personally I found it gross having to throw food away in the bathroom.
