No type of shampoo, cream rinse in rooms. Noisy on side we were on- always felt damp in room even with air conditioning on. Big one *** shuttle only ran once per hour thought they are only 10-12 minutes from the airport. This is crazy to me. So you either wait almost another hour or you pay 35.00 US to get to airport.

Cockroach at fridge but hotel didn’t care, mistake

Cockroach right there at the fridge. Pictures included and handed front staff the cockroach I just had to kill in their cups and she just said 10% discount. Called manager and been 9 hours but no call back. We were on 9th floor, room 914…physically collected their cockroach but didn’t phase them

The room was nice and clean. It looked recently renovated, the hallways were clean as well. Several vending machines in the lobby with different options. There was some noise from the freeway since our room was on that side, but it wasn't a big deal. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel bed and pillows where absolutely amazing great stop over spot while needing to be close to the airport. Afew interesting people who either live there but everyone keeps to themselves we had a pleasant stay. Close to places to eat & the staff where helpful also loved the airport shuttle very much. The sunset from our window watching the planes land was spectacular too I would stay here again for a night or two but not for longer great for a pit stop after a long flight or before one.

Awesome Family Stay

We rented the Queen double on the 8th floor, it was spacious, clean and had both microwave and an apartment sized refrigerator. Location was awesome, restaurants in walking distance and close to Venice Beach. Front desk staff was very nice and we loved our stay. Will definitely return.

It is a good hotel for just one night, not for vacation. The hotel is next to a freeway so you can hear all the car noise. Room was clean, beds are comfy, but I will not stay for more than 2 days. Smell old.
