In the words of my brother, this was like a death trap, none of the ice machines worked, the elevators didn’t work. It was dirty. There were cigarette butts. It was disgusting. and the lower floor is used as some sort of sober living.

The room was relatively clean. There is a need for repair/replacement of simple items like exhaust fan, mirror and sink (which has cracks in it) in the restroom. Renting a room with need of repairs is downright disrespectful.

This was one of the worst hotel stays in my life. Our room smelled like smoke, we found a cigarette butt on the floor, the tub had hair from previous guests, and the floors and toilet were dirty. Walls had holes and the damn elevator wasn't working. Front desk staff admitted their cleaning crew wasn't good. ZERO STARS if i could. Do NOT stay at this nasty place.

On the website, it read “free parking.” However, I had to pay $10 to park. The bathroom was NOT cleaned! There was pubic hair in the tub and on the floor! I stepped on a large glop of hair on the floor, in front of the bed which meant the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fridge/freezer in our room did not work. No ice machine on our floor. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. Overall…this was probably the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at!

The floor was so filthy that after two hours, the bottoms of my feet were unrecognizable with filth. I had to wear shoes for my own protection.

The entire property just felt like it was in shambles. I know you get what you pay for, but between the stained bedding and floors, dirty walls with blotchy uneven paint, dinky TVs in the rooms, sketchy elevators that often wouldn’t even respond to the button calls, nonexistent restaurant that Google claims is still open, and extremely limited access to walkable food - I can’t say I could possibly recommend this Ramada. It’s well worth an extra $10-20 per night to stay somewhere that hasn’t been neglected. The staff was friendly enough - I do want to emphasize that this is clearly an ownership/property management issue and not the fault of the front desk or housekeeping staff that I encountered.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at I ended up leaving. This place has roaches crawling everywhere it had mold and smelled like mold so bad in the room the a/c unit was leaking all over the room and into the wall. I tried to get my money back from front desk but they wouldn’t

The worst hotel please don’t book here

I need a full refund, we only stayed because we already paid and the the event was the next day. the rooms smell like a wet old musty dog. The carpet is dirty and smell bad. We had to try 3 rooms before we got the forth room. When you walk with no shoes in the room under your feet is black they don’t clean the floor. They give us a room that is already occupied. The next room none of the light worked the sheet is not clean, the next room the door wouldn’t open. the coffee pot is nasty, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will never recommend this hotel. The picture looks beautiful but inside is hell.

This hotel is being shared with homeless persons living there. The place is very unkept and the reception desk was very hostile and rude. There are rats running along the corridors The hotel is advertising free parking and when u get there u have to pay for parking When I asked why, I was told that Expedia needs to update their site and they have been charging parking for 2 months now Would not recommend this place

Completely lost trying to leave the building each time. Elevator doesn’t show correct level so you don’t know where you are. Says no smoking, but the room smelled so bad. I didn’t want to sit on the couch because it looked so filthy. Would not step foot in the shower I could see black grime all over the floor and on the shower walls the curtain rod was super rusted and the tub Was dripping water
