Looking at the 1 other review for this property, I had the exact same experience. Arrived in LA the evening of our stay and texted owner for instructions to get into the property only to be told I didn’t have a booking. Showed them the VRBO confirmation and the money being taken out of our account a few weeks earlier. The owner then proceeded to say that VRBO had made the mistake be leaving the property up when it was not supposed to be. Of course I went online today and can still see the listing active and I assume taking bookings. Thankfully the owner refunded the money. Be warned!

Leider Storno
Leider konnte ich den Aufenthalt nicht genießen, da die Unterkunft am selben Tag der Ankunft seitens des Anbieters storniert wurde. Wir standen also ohne Unterkunft da und konnten uns über den Anbieter auch keine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen. Daher waren wir gezwungen einen anderen Anbieter zu suchen. Kommunikation hätte viel früher erfolgen müssen, dass die Unterkunft anderweitig belegt war. Wenigstens habe wir unser Geld zurück erhalten.
