Nice weekend.

Very clean. Staff attentive to needs and their area of responsibility, along with being very friendly. Be aware that not all rooms have interior hallways. We were surprised that our booked room was a balcony room with outside entrance. Those rooms are more subject to road noise until about midnight. Quiet after that.

This was a fine hotel. Our room was really clean and the maids worked hard during our stay. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was courteous and professional. The neighborhood is about a mile from good restaurant choice and parking in those areas is difficult, so we walked. I didn't feel unsafe in the neighborhood, walking but some might feel anxious at night. The parking for the hotel, more of a motel is adequate for spaces but extremely tight for our Toyota 4Runner. You have to be very careful to not scrape you vehicle on poles our walls. I bumped my mirror a few times while angling in.

The staff was courteous and efficient. The room was fine, however, the tv was a little hard to use. The room was immediately next to a hall entrance and was extremely noisy. Every time someone went through the exterior door or closed a door in the hallway there was a loud band. Some of the guests were also very noisy. It was hard to get to sleep and the noise woke me up several times.

It was a good stay the room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the street noise. It wasn’t terrible but you could hear the cars. We would stay here again thou. It is the best price in Pasadena.

Our stay was outstanding except for the lack of adequate parking. On Saturday 1 March there was no on site parking available requiring us to park off site. Staff was excellent and room was superb.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years. Staff have always been helpful and nice. Clean room, new towels and rags every day. 10 outa 10 would recommend and stay again. Only complaint is that the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock.

I love the Rose & Crown! Each visit there, I'm impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their breakfast offerings, although the location is the primary draw. Areas for improvement would be television service/access to HDMI ports for input source, and some small repairs. In my most recent visit, one of the bars on the soap/toiletry shelf in the shower was broken, making storage difficult. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and welcoming.
