Our stay was ok. It would've been even better if the power didn't shut off, 3 times. I was hoping they'd have a generator to provide power while the main power was being repaired. The safe in the room didn't seem to work. The AC unit's buttons seemed to be peeled off so I couldn't see what was what. The TV had some audio issues as well. Every channel sounded like the Transformers were doing dialogue. Talk about more than meets the eye. We had seen how dusty it was too. I had hoped they did some upkeep before we checked in. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean too. The staff members were pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were great. Everyday the floors were mopped, beds made & full bathroom cleaning. The beds were so comfortable. The staff was kind & friendly. The hotel is in a great location. Close to highways & consciences .

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in a central location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was kept very clean and we were given extra towels upon request. We plan to utilize The Rose & Crown again when we come to Pasadena.
